The Jurong Island Oil Terminal
is a key part of Singapore’s extensive petrochemical and energy infrastructure, located on Jurong Island—a man-made industrial island created by amalgamating several smaller islands in the southwest of Singapore. It serves as a major terminal for the storage, import, export, and transshipment of oil and petrochemical products.
Jurong Island is home to over 100 global energy and chemical companies, making it a central hub for refining, processing, and distributing petroleum-based products in Asia. Tank farms with large storage capacities for crude oil, refined petroleum products, and chemicals. Berths for tankers of various sizes, including Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs). Pipelines and connectivity to major refineries and chemical plants on the island.
