Where we collect, use or disclose your personal data for communication and business development purposes, we do so either with your consent or, where permitted under the PDPA, in reliance on an applicable exception to consent under the Schedules of the PDPA. We do not use your Singapore telephone number to send you marketing messages by voice call, text message or fax unless you have consented to receive such messages, or your number is not registered with the relevant Do Not Call Registries maintained under Part 9 of the PDPA. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications, or ask to be added to our internal do-not-contact list, at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer using the details set out above.

Legal Basis
Under the PDPA, we collect, use and disclose your personal data for recruitment purposes with your consent (including any consent deemed to be given under the PDPA where you voluntarily provide your personal data to us for the purpose of your job application) or, where applicable, in reliance on an exception to consent under the PDPA, including where the collection, use or disclosure is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract or transaction with you, or is reasonably necessary for evaluative purposes (such as deciding whether to employ you).

Retention Period
Where your application is successful, we will retain your personal data for the duration of your employment and thereafter for so long as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations. Where your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your personal data for a period of one (1) year in order to consider you for other suitable roles and to address any queries or disputes, after which, in accordance with our retention limitation obligation under Section 25 of the PDPA, we will cease to retain it or remove the means by which it can be associated with you, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

On receiving your notice, we will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawal. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data before the withdrawal took effect.
